WWM-02 is an automatic machine that winds wires or metal strips to the desired profile for the jewelry industry. The wound wires or metal strips can have different sizes, materials and textures. The profile that wound on it can have the desired shape and type, such as metal strips, chains, braids, etc. The new version uses a servo motor in the pulling system, independent bobbins in the winding and an angled winding mechanism. The product made by the machine can be used to make bracelets, rings, earrings, necklaces, etc. and decorate various jewelry.

CHARACTERISTICS

The width of the profile on which the winding is made can be maximum 20 mm. Depending on the profile used, a profile guide must be installed. The winding pitch and speed can be adjusted through the software.
