Laser Spooling Machine LSP-01

LSP-01 is a machine that ensures the high-precision spooling of the desired wire or strip. The limits of the spool to be transferred can be set either automatically with a laser sensor or manually. A digital encoder is used for spooling operations based on constant length or weight, and the repeatability accuracy is 0.1%. A mechanical tension control system with a brake mechanism has been installed to maintain constant wire tension. A sensor is used to detect when the wire ends or breaks.
