AREA OF USAGE

TWM-01 is a tube winding machine for the jewelry industry. The tube in the desired profile can be wound directly on the flat-surfaced (not grooved) mandrel. Bracelets can be removed from the mandrel without annealing on the mandrel.

CHARACTERISTICS

Hollow winding can be made on the desired mandrel with the desired winding mill. No annealing is required to remove the wound profile. There is no profile deformation as in the traditional method of oval bracelet annealed on the mandrel.
