AREA OF USAGE

SBM-01 is an automated machine that bends geometric shapes from wire and round shapes from sheet for jewelry industry. The shapes can be produced in desired size and quantity. Bracelets, earrings, necklaces etc. can be produced and various jewelry can be customised using the shapes.

CHARACTERISTICS

The shapes to be produced can be adjusted through the software. There are 21 predefined shapes and the user can define new shapes. The diameter of the wire can be between 0.8 mm and 3 mm. The thicknes of the sheet can be between 0.5 mm and 1.5 mm, the width can be maximum 7 mm.
