Pattern Rolling Mill PRM-01

AREA OF USAGE

PRM-01 is a rolling mill that stamps patterns on the desired profile for the jewelry industry and automatically transfers from bobbin to bobbin during the rolling process. Patterns can be stamped on the profiles of jewelry such bracelets, rings, etc.

CHARACTERISTICS

Pattern rollers have a diameter of 80 mm and a width of 30mm. They can be easily changed by pulling roller shafts. Shaft bearings can be easily lubricated with a semi-automatic oil pump. The automatiy winding can be adjusted through the software with a sensitivity of 0.01 mm.
