AREA OF USAGE

CBM-01 is an automated machine that bend convex profiles continuously from sheet metal for jewelry industry. The bended profile can be produced in various sizes, materials and profiles (curved, rectagular etc.). Bracelets, earrings, necklaces, chain etc. can be produced using the bended profile.

CHARACTERISTICS

The diameter of the spiral to be produced can be changed by adjusting the profile guide. The diameter of the spiral can be minimum 6 mm. The profile of the spiral can be changed by changing bending cylinders.
