AMC-01 is an automated machine that wind coil continuously and cut precisely with desired length for jewelry industry. The coil can be produced using wire in various sizes, materials and textures such as diamond cut wire. Bracelets, earrings, necklaces etc. can be produced and various jewelry can be customised using the coil.

CHARACTERISTICS

The diameter of the coil to be produced can be adjusted by changing the mandrel. The mandrel diameter can be between 0.7 mm and 4 mm. The wire thickness to be used can be between 0.2 mm and 1 mm. The cutting lenght can be adjusted through the software.
